San Antonio Water Damage Experts - 24/7 Emergency Water Extraction
OUR SAN ANTONIO WATER DAMAGE EXPERTS WILL RESTORE A SAFE, CLEAN, AND DRY ENVIRONMENT...
When Lone Star's San Antonio Water Damage Expert Team is deployed to your residence, they will immediately assess the damage. First, the water will be extracted. Then the carpet pad will be removed and disposed of (if applicable) and an antimicrobial treatment will be applied to the carpet/flooring area to treat and prevent mold, bacteria, or fungal growth. Next Lone Star's Water Damage Team will then set up blowers and dehumidifers which will remain in your home for the next 48 to 72 hours to assist the drying process.
After 72 hours, our Emergency Water Damage Team will return to your home and replace the carpet pad (if applicable), remove any remaining blowers and dehumidifier equipment, and steam clean and sanitize your carpet to return your home to better than new condition.
Black water, or "unsanitary flood water" is contaminated and extremrly dangerous. Usually a result of toilet overflows, backed up sewers, and flood waters, black water must only be handled by professionals and requires specific removal protocol.
Gray water usually comes from appliances like dishwashers and washing machines and is known to be tainted. If not dealt with immediately, gray water can cause a serious damage, smell, and poses a critical health risk.
Although relatively free of contaminants, clear water can still cause structural damage and provides the perfect breeding ground for mold, bacteria, and fungi to grow, so it still requires immediate action.
